Mama Gia's African Mandazis is a small local kitchen. We collect only what we need to cook your order and bring it to your door hot.
The information we collect
When you place an order, join the neighborhood list, or send us a message, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any notes you add for the kitchen. Payment details are handled by our checkout and payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit so we can keep the site fast and secure.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose above all others: to get hot food to the right door on the right day. That means confirming your batch day, planning the delivery route inside our 10-mile radius of Tucker, GA, answering your questions, and following up if something about your order was not right. We also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which pages and products our neighbors care about.
Local delivery privacy
Your delivery address is shared only with the person delivering your order, and only for the delivery window it belongs to. We do not sell, rent, or trade addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses. We do not publish your name or address in reviews, case studies, or social posts without your permission.
Email and SMS opt-in
Joining the neighborhood list is optional and always opt-in. If you give us your email address, we use it to send restock alerts, batch-day reminders, and occasional offers such as a first-order discount. If you give us your phone number for delivery updates, we use it for order logistics; we only send marketing messages by text if you have separately agreed to receive them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Retention and your choices
